Chairman
Bishop Dr. Ron Allen P.H.D. is the Senior Pastor of Greater Solomon Temple community Church in Sacramento, CA. Bishop Allen and is the founder and President of International Faith Based Coalition which is to unite religions with a common cause to Implement Drug Prevention Education in their respective congregations with a focus on educating youth. The vision is one which recognized that drug abuse makes no distinction as to race, religious or creed and adversely affects peoples of all faiths.
Bishop Allen has led the Faith Based Organizations in the fight against the legalization of Marijuana and with their partners, California for a Drug Free Youth (CADFY) and the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) in the State of California alongside many law enforcement agencies. Bishop Allen is married to his beautiful wife Gail who is also an ordained minister and resides in Sacramento, CA.
Mr. Harry Ramos
Vice Chairman
Harry Ramos is a small business owner, and public Speaker. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the National Congress of Racial Equality, and 1st Vice President of NAACP Branch 1034, and Vice President of Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce, Inland Valley. He has a driving commandment to fight for racial equality, and believes through education, youth empowerment, community engagement, and the sharing of God’s love, true equality will be achieved.
Harry Ramos was blessed to be Mayor and Councilman for the City of Murrieta and served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Ramos has served on various boards and commissions, but his greatest honor is being a father of four children, and married to the love of his life for the last thirteen years.
Mr. Douglas V. Gibbs
Director of Civics and Constitution Studies
Mr. Douglas Gibbs will coordinate the organizations educational outreach programs. Doug is a Radio Host, Author, Public Speaker, Director of Civics and Constitution Studies for the National Congress of Racial Equality, President of the Constitution Association, a fellow of the American Freedom Alliance, a Sentinel for the Heritage Foundation, District Director for the 28th District of the California Republican Assembly, and an Instructor on the United States Constitution. Douglas V. Gibbs has appeared a number of times on Fox News, One America News, Al Jazeera America, NPR and various smaller television and radio outlets. Doug is a freelance newspaper columnist whose articles appear in both print, and online. He is a member of the “Unite Inland Empire” patriot group coalition, the “American Authors Association”, and the “Military Writers Society of America” as well as the Secretary for the Executive Board of Directors for Birth Choice Temecula. Doug received the Golden Anchor Award for his patriotic commentary in 2008, and received a California State Senate Certificate of Recognition in 2014 for his “Outstanding Patriotic Service.” Doug is a family man, married 33 years to his high school sweetheart. He is the father of two and has seven grandchildren. Doug is a proud United States Navy veteran.
Dennis Jackson
Executive Financial Officer
Dennis Jackson is a business executive that has held private sector Senior Management positions in both large publically traded companies as well as in smaller privately held companies for over 30 years. He has served primarily as the General Manager or Vice President of Sales for Manufacturing companies that support major aerospace, military and semiconductor contractors throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. He is the CEO of his own business consulting company and is very active in promoting the understanding and application of the United States Constitution to the challenges facing the country today through his work as a co-host of the weekly Constitution Radio show. He is the father of six children and will welcome grandchildren number twelve and thirteen in 2017.
